Co-Founder
Meet Frank Teshima, our Chief Acquisitions Officer and a proud native of Maui. With a background in excavation, Frank moved to Dallas in 2019, bringing with him a deep passion for the land and a dream of making a real impact. While his early ambitions leaned towards becoming a blade operator, Frank soon discovered that his true calling lay in real estate syndication—a field that allows him to help others, especially those who might not have the means to invest on their own, to get a foothold in real estate.
Frank is the heart and soul behind our acquisitions, tirelessly working with brokers, lenders, and property management companies to ensure every deal is sound and beneficial. He’s not one to rush into a deal; every decision is made with precision and a commitment to our values.
Deeply connected to his roots, Frank grew up spending weekends fishing and spearfishing, a tradition he plans to pass down to his children. His love for Maui extends beyond the ocean, as he is committed to giving back to his community through education and land revitalization projects. Henriquez

Meet Willie Henriquez, Chief Investor Relations Officer at Diversified Equity Partners, Willie is based in Connecticut. He’s always excited to connect with new people, whether you’re in Connecticut or the nearby New York City area.
Before diving into the world of real estate, Willie’s career journey took him through the healthcare industry, where he cared for individuals with disabilities, and into the trucking industry as a CFO. Today, he owns several businesses, engages in single-family flips, and invests in multifamily properties, bringing a diverse skill set and experience to his role at Diversified Equity Partners.
Willie is also a proud "girl dad" to three beautiful daughters—Kayleen, Mei’lani, and Mari'ellie, aged 8, 2, and 1, respectively. His love for family is matched by his enthusiasm for networking, outdoor activities, basketball, and taking vacations.
Willie is passionate about helping real estate investors navigate the complexities of multifamily property investments. Guided by mentors and peers, Willie discovered a unique approach to real estate investing that aligns seamlessly with both his personal and professional aspirations. Eddie Esparza is a seasoned real estate investor with a passion for helping busy professionals achieve financial freedom. He's the Co-Founder and Chief Information Officer of Diversified Equity Partners, a firm that provides curated, recession-resistant real estate investment opportunities.
Eddie's journey into real estate began with hands-on experience managing his father's rental properties. He quickly learned the ins and outs of the business, from marketing apartments and screening tenants to handling maintenance requests and overseeing renovations. This experience gave him a deep understanding of the challenges and rewards of real estate investing.
Eddie co-founded Diversified Equity Partners to help busy professionals enjoy the benefits of multifamily real estate investing without the hassles of traditional landlord responsibilities. With both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Management Information Systems, he utilized his expertise in business operations, software consulting, and data analysis to create a streamlined platform. This platform simplifies the process for real estate professionals, making it easier to identify, acquire, and manage real estate properties.
